Webflow currently does not support adding multiple credit cards to a single account for flexible billing. Users are limited to one active payment method per account at a time.
1. Payment Method Limitations
- Only one card can be stored and used per individual Webflow account.
- You must manually update the saved card in the Billing section each time you want to switch between personal and company cards.
2. Workarounds
While Webflow lacks native support for multiple cards, you can consider the following alternatives:
- Separate Workspaces or Teams: Create two separate Webflow Workspaces (or accounts), one for personal projects and one for company projects, each with its own billing method.
- Use Project Transfer: Start projects in your personal account and then transfer them to your company’s Workspace that has the appropriate card for billing.
- Shared Access, Central Billing: Use Workspace roles to collaborate across accounts while maintaining separate billing.
3. Billing Invoicing Options
- Webflow provides invoices and billing history downloadable via the account dashboard, which can help with reimbursement or expense tracking if switching cards isn’t feasible.
Summary
Webflow currently supports only one active credit card per account, so users cannot store or toggle between multiple cards. To manage billing for both personal and company use, consider using separate Workspaces or accounts with dedicated cards.
