How can I change the site icon in Webflow from the default Webflow icon to my own logo?

To change the site icon (also known as favicon) in Webflow, follow these steps:

1. Prepare your logo: First, make sure you have a version of your logo that is suitable for favicon usage. Favicon sizes are typically small, so consider simplifying and resizing your logo to a smaller dimension, like 16px x 16px or 32px x 32px.

2. Access the Project Settings: In your Webflow project, click on the Settings tab in the top menu. Then, select the Project Settings option from the dropdown menu.

3. Upload your logo: In the Project Settings window, scroll down to the Basics section. Here, you'll find an option labeled "Favicon." Click on the "Attach image" button to upload your logo file.

4. Configure the favicon: After uploading your logo, you'll notice a preview of the favicon. You can use the "Crop" and "Resize" options to adjust the favicon's appearance if needed. Make sure your logo is centered and visually appealing at the chosen size.

5. Publish your changes: Once you're satisfied with your favicon, click on the "Save" button. To make the change live, publish your site by clicking on the Publish button in the top-right corner of the Webflow Designer.

6. Test the favicon: After publishing, open your site in a web browser to confirm that your new favicon is visible. Sometimes, it may take a few minutes for the updated favicon to propagate across different devices and browsers, so don't panic if you don't see it immediately.

Please note that changing the favicon in Webflow's project settings will only affect the favicon on your main domain. If you have custom subdomains or published sites on custom domains, you might need to update the favicon settings separately for those domains.

I hope this helps you change the site icon from the default Webflow icon to your own logo.
