If you need to add another team member to your Workspace, you may need to pay for an additional seat, depending on your plan.
1. Check Your Current Plan
- Go to Workspace Settings in Webflow.
- Navigate to the Billing tab to see the details of your current plan.
- Look for the number of seats included with your subscription.
- If you're on a Core, Growth, or Enterprise Workspace plan, seats are limited based on your subscription.
- The Free Workspace Plan only allows one seat (your own).
- If your plan includes multiple seats and one is available, you do not need to pay extra.
- If all seats are occupied, you must purchase an additional seat to add a new team member.
- In Workspace Settings, go to the Members section.
- Click Invite Member and enter their email.
- If no seats are available, Webflow will prompt you to purchase an extra seat before completing the invitation.
